Effective date: October 7, 2026. Last updated: October 7, 2026.
This policy covers every ParqueMedia product. We collect as little as we can, we do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
This Privacy Policy explains how ParqueMedia LLC ("ParqueMedia," "we," "us") handles information across all of its Products, meaning:
The products named above are examples and do not limit this definition. A product described as "planned" may change or may never be released, and listing it here is not a promise to release it.
A Product may post its own privacy policy or notice describing its specific practices. Where it does, that notice applies to that Product and controls if it differs from this policy. The Contract Explainer and Your Life in Weeks each have their own.
Information you provide. Depending on the Product, this may include text or files you submit for processing, selections you make, and, where a Product offers accounts or purchases, a name, email address, and transaction details. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider receives technical data when your browser connects, such as IP address, date and time, pages requested, referring page, and browser and device type. We use server-side analytics that report aggregate figures such as page views and approximate location by country. Some Products count requests by IP address for short periods to prevent abuse.
Information processed only on your device. Some Products perform their work entirely in your browser. In those cases, what you enter is not sent to us.
Service providers. We use providers that process information on our behalf, including Netlify, Inc. for hosting and analytics and, for Products with artificial intelligence features, Anthropic, PBC, which receives the content submitted for processing. Other Products may use additional providers, such as a payment processor, which will be identified in that Product's own notice. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with law or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of ParqueMedia, our users, or others, or to investigate fraud, security incidents, or violations of our terms.
Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
No sale. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention practices. Content sent to an artificial intelligence provider is retained by that provider for a limited period under its policies. Product-specific notices give further detail.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and keeping credentials on the server. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Several states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and New Jersey, have privacy laws that give residents rights over their personal information. Those laws generally apply to businesses above certain size thresholds, which ParqueMedia may not meet. Regardless, we will consider and respond to reasonable requests from any person to know what personal information we hold about them, to receive a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. Email JDonline94@outlook.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. If we decline, you may ask us to reconsider and may contact your state attorney general.
We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, so there is nothing of that kind to opt out of. Because we do not track visitors across other websites, the Products respond the same way whether or not a browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
The Products are intended for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email us and we will take appropriate steps.
ParqueMedia operates from the United States, and information is processed in the United States. See the Notice for Users Outside the United States.
We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
