AI Disclosure

Some ParqueMedia products generate their output with artificial intelligence. AI can be wrong and can miss things, so check anything important before relying on it.

1. Where artificial intelligence is used

Several ParqueMedia Products use artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate text or other output. These currently or prospectively include the Contract Explainer, and any other Product that states it uses AI. Where a Product uses AI, the output is written by an automated system, not by a person, and is not reviewed by a person before you see it.

2. How ParqueMedia builds its software

ParqueMedia's software is developed with the assistance of AI tools. Its founder directs, tests, and takes responsibility for what is built.

3. Known limitations

• AI output can be wrong while sounding confident.
• It can omit important information.
• It can state facts, laws, sources, or citations that are inaccurate or do not exist.
• Its knowledge has a cutoff date and may not reflect recent changes.
• The same input can produce different output at different times.
• It does not know your personal circumstances beyond what you provide.

4. Providers

AI features are powered by third-party model providers, currently including Anthropic, PBC. Content you submit to an AI feature is sent to the provider for processing. See the Privacy Policy. ParqueMedia does not use your content to train AI models.

5. Using AI output responsibly

• Treat output as a starting point, not a final answer.
• Check it against original or official sources.
• Do not present it to others as professional advice.
• You are responsible for anything you send, sign, file, or submit that includes AI output.

6. Reporting a problem

If a Product produces output that is clearly wrong, harmful, or inappropriate, email JDonline94@outlook.com. Do not include personal information in your report.
