Use ParqueMedia products lawfully and as intended. Do not submit what you are not allowed to share, and do not try to break, overload, or copy them.
This policy is part of the Terms of Use and applies to every ParqueMedia Product.
You may not use any Product to violate any law or any person's rights; to commit or assist fraud or deception; to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or harm anyone; to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; to create false, forged, or misleading documents, letters, applications, or credentials; or to engage in the unauthorized practice of any licensed profession.
You may not bypass usage limits or security features; access a Product by bots, scrapers, or other automated means, or call its server endpoints except through its own interface; probe or test for vulnerabilities without written permission; attempt to extract or override the instructions given to an AI model; reverse engineer or copy a Product's software; overload or disrupt a Product; use a Product to build a competing product or train an AI model; or resell or commercially exploit a Product or its output.
We may investigate suspected violations, block or limit access, remove content, and report unlawful activity to the authorities, with or without notice.
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email JDonline94@outlook.com. Please do not access others' data, degrade any Product, or disclose the issue publicly before we have had a reasonable chance to address it.
