ParqueMedia owns its products, code, designs, and brand names. If you believe something here infringes your rights, email us.
All ParqueMedia Products, including their software, source code, designs, text, graphics, and prompts, are owned by ParqueMedia LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trade secret, and other laws. "ParqueMedia," the ParqueMedia wordmark and logo, and the names of ParqueMedia's Products, including Your Life in Weeks, Contract Explainer, are used by ParqueMedia as trademarks. You may not use them without written permission, or in any way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any Product or its content, except as the Terms of Use allow.
Ownership of software ParqueMedia builds for clients is addressed in the Client Services Terms.
Products may include open-source components used under their licenses. Other companies' names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
If you believe material on a ParqueMedia site or Product infringes your copyright or trademark, email JDonline94@outlook.com with: a description of the work or mark; the address where the material appears; your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will review complete notices and remove or disable material where appropriate. Knowingly submitting a false claim may expose you to liability.
We may block access by anyone who repeatedly infringes the rights of others.
