ParqueMedia's products are built for people in the United States. The main website can be viewed anywhere, but the interactive products are not offered abroad.
ParqueMedia LLC is based in the State of New Jersey, United States. The parquemedia.com website is an informational site that can be viewed from anywhere. ParqueMedia's interactive Products are designed for, directed to, and intended for use only by adults located in the United States, unless a Product's own terms expressly say otherwise.
We do not market the Products to people in other countries, do not offer them in other currencies or languages for other markets, and do not monitor the behavior of people in other countries. Some Products block use from outside the United States.
You do so on your own initiative and at your own risk, and you are responsible for complying with your local laws. We make no representation that any Product is appropriate, lawful, or available outside the United States. Output is prepared with the United States in mind and may be misleading elsewhere. Information you submit will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Nothing in ParqueMedia's terms is intended to remove a right that the law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
